A perfect venue for our sewing retreat. The house and accommodation are absolutely beautiful, cosy and equipped with everything you could want including hot tubs. Highly recommended and would love to return.

Fab venue - went as guests of a friend’s wedding and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Amazing countryside location, lots of beautiful walks and amenities close by. Plenty of space in the hall and barns, clean, warm and welcoming! Would definitely recommend.

A perfect location for a wedding, plenty of room for all the guests - to be sociable and dance in, and to hide away in! Comfortable beds, warm rooms, and 2 kitchens for self catering and coffee! Bonus for the shops and pubs nearby, and walks right from the door!

Had the most wonderful weekend in this accommodation for a friends fairytale wedding. 90 people from all over the world converged and we laughed, danced and drank our way into the night. Facilities excellent, blazing wood burners, underfloor heating and super comfy beds. Exactly what we all wanted. Can’t recommend this enough for group bookings who value an intimate and unique environment for celebrating special events. The hot tubs were the icing on the cake! 10/10 would stay again. 🎉❤️

A wonderful place - lots of space - areas to sit quietly and read or talk as well as large rooms where everyone can gather together comfortably on sofas or for dinner. bedrooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated- would recommend for get together with friends or family for a few days - plenty of space so you are not all on top of each other all the time. Kitchens well equipped and a couple of pubs in walking distance if you don’t want to cook - nearly forgot the hot tubs were perfect for relaxing

What a FABULOUS place!!! The location is in stunning countryside but easy to get to. The facilities are just perfect. Equipped with everything you could possibly need.
I would love to return.

Recently hired Hamps Hall & Barn for my 50th birthday party.
From the moment of enquiry, to viewing, booking and several visits to help plan the weekend smoothly, the team at Hamps Hall & Barn were just so helpful & accommodating.
The Hall & Barn are in a fabulous setting with plenty of parking, and stunning views of the Peak District. Lots of great walking opportunities, and a large field for outdoor activities along with 2 hot tubs, outside seating & lighting. The venue boasts 18 bedrooms across, double, twin, triple & quad rooms. There’s 2 great kitchens with an array of equipment you would expect to find in this type of venue and 2 dishwashers, 4 ovens and 2 large fridge freezers, a further large fridge and a smaller fridge freezer. The property also has an outdoor and indoor bar space and a games room. It has a large lounge and dining room for entertaining and a smaller cosy lounge and dining space for more casual enjoyment.
Heating wasn’t an issue, plenty of tables and chairs to create your own entertaining space and layout.
A fabulous place to hire for gatherings and celebrations. Highly recommended.
